Espack - Banditi Dell'Arte
Rome, the Eternal City. A shadow wanders the dark alleys of the city center. The scent of incense on his threadbare coat floating behind him lingers in the air. At night, churches offer shelter to the homeless. His thin, gaunt figure wanders barefoot at a crazy speed, so fast that no one could follow him. He is as if invisible, sometimes even doubting that he still exists. His eyes, haunted by confused memories, reflect a wild glow, like a hunted animal. Hidden in a crowded crowd of strollers and tourists, he scribbles on the walls without anyone noticing. For many, his indelible marker leaves incomprehensible traces, words and symbols that surely only have meaning for him. A rhythm of life dictated by the street. Tomorrow will be a new repetition of his wandering where each day resembles the other to the point of merging.
